LA CAPPELLA, è l' ultimo punto di ristorazione nato della Gastronomia Vaglio, inaugurato in Settembre 2003. Facente parte contigua del Ristorante Valentino, è tuttavia indipendente sia per l'offerta che per gli orari di apertura. |

L'ingresso, che si trova proprio al lato del Valentino ci porta in un curioso locale che come tema ha scelto un ambiente tra convento e monastero, dove, tra luci mistiche, candele e musica corale gregoriana apposita, si viene trasportati in un "altro mondo."

Il tutto funziona molto bene con il cibo che viene offerto e che spazia principalmente sulle ottime pizze ma senza trascurare qualche specialità di pasta, gnocchi o perfino di carne e pesce, come da menu sottostante. |
